About

I teach founders and teams to put AI to work.

I'm Harsh Sigroha. I'm twenty, and I learned AI the practical way: by needing it to keep up with my own work.

I moved from India to the UK at nineteen and started running companies before I had a team to run them with. Chat windows helped a little. Turning AI into workflows that ran on their own changed how every week went.

Now I teach it. The newsletter covers one workflow a week for anyone who wants to learn at their own pace. Founders who want it built into their business work with me directly, and teams get hands-on training on their own tools.

Nothing gets taught until it has worked inside my own companies first. If it did not save real hours there, it does not make it into a lesson.

How I teach

Four rules, in this order.

  1. 01

    Start with the boring work

The best first job for AI is the one nobody on your team wants. That is where the hours are.

  2. 02

    Process before prompt

If you cannot write the steps down, AI cannot follow them. We write them down first.

  3. 03

    AI drafts, people approve

Nothing reaches a client without someone choosing to send it. Trust is built in, not hoped for.

  4. 04

    Measure hours, not hype

Every lesson ends with what it saved. If it saved nothing, I say so.
